Good health doesn't just happen. It takes real food, experimenting with recipes, and having respect for the amazing bodies we've been given. Choosing delicious and nutritious food is a passion I share through education and consultation, and around my table with family and friends. Through holistic nutrition I help others work towards nourishing the body, mind and spirit - to be better able to prevent and cope with the stresses of disease and the demands of an active lifestyle. 

It is possible to make healthy changes in our eating and lifestyle patterns. Our North American culture has an abundance of helpful resources and sources but at the end of the day, it is our choice. Learning and developing new habits to achieve positive results is a process that takes time.
